Up to 8 hours for one event, a mixer and wired microphone, local-zone delivery, setup, sound check, a short walkthrough, and agreed next-day daytime pickup. DJ performance and an attendant staying during the event are separate services.
Within 5 driving miles of 94102, ordinarily no more than 30 minutes each way with straightforward loading access. Other Bay Area locations, stairs, long carries, parking and tolls are quoted separately. Proposed same-night collection: +$75 by 10 p.m.; +$125 from 10 p.m. through midnight.
The business plan proposes 30% at booking, balance 7 days before the event, or full payment for bookings within 7 days. A separate refundable security hold is proposed at $150 / $250 / $350. These remain under review; your final quote sets the approved amounts and terms.
Proposed: refund rental payments with at least 14 days notice. At 7–13 days, retain the 30% booking payment as a reschedule credit within 6 months and refund the balance. With fewer than 7 days, retain 30% and refund the rest less separately agreed unrecoverable costs. Final policies must be approved before bookings open.
